United KingdomMy experience using the item was ok but it goes only 13mph when it's supposed to be 15.5mph. Also the model you sold me is so out dated u can't find the part I need to repair it and you don't even stock them yourself. It's ridiculous really I will make sure not to recommend anyone i know buy from your website and will be leaving a Google review with negative feedback aswell. I don't want to pay 350 gbp for a scooter for it not to function as listed and to lost when looking for spare parts.

May have missing parts to the aesthetic which do not play a role in the functionality of the scooter. All units are missing the folding clip which holds the scooter in place when folded.
