Extended Christmas Returns

Any orders placed between 1st November 2023 - 24th December 2023 can be returned up to 25th January 2024. To be eligible for this, products must be in new, unused and unopened condition.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

Of course, most things we sell (apart from vouchers and parts) are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, just return the item to us unused and in its original, unaltered packaging for a full refund. If you’ve made any alterations to the item, including removing it from the packaging, then we may partially refund you based on the condition of the item. Your refund will be issued within 21 working days of us receiving the item. Posting your item back to us will need to be funded by yourself. We are not able to reimburse returns postage for a change of mind return.

What do I do if I think my item is faulty?

Please get in touch if you think your item is faulty. Items that arrive faulty (DOA - dead on arrival) are dealt with swiftly, most often with a replacement item. To safeguard yourself (in regards to replacing an item classified as DOA) we recommend you keep the product packaging for at least 14 days. If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately via our contact form and do not use your product as this will invalidate your warranty. This means we will not be able to issue you with a refund, replacement or repair. 

Items that develop a fault after 14 days are either repaired or replaced free of charge, as long as they are still within the product’s warranty period. 

We require all faulty products are returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued. We ask that customers arrange and initially cover the cost of any return. Once returned, we will require up to 21 working days to fully test and potentially repair the product. Once our team has confirmed the fault with the product, we can reimburse return shipping costs up to a maximum value of £15.

Warranty Repairs & Replacements

Warranty repairs cover any manufacturing faults with the products while it is within its warranty period. The warranty does not cover wear and tear parts such as worn tyres, and it does not cover accidental damage, such as crash or water damage.

Modifications and Alterations

Please note that modifications to a product may invalidate the warranty, examples of this would include altering a product beyond the manufacturers specification.

How do I return my item?

Please send us a message via our contact form including your order ID and the reason for the return; One of our team will get back to you as quickly as possible. Once the RMA has been approved, we will email you over a RMA reference number and an address to return your item to. Please ensure the RMA reference number is clearly stated on both the inside and outside of your parcel to ensure swift processing upon receipt.

Please do not return goods to us without first acquiring an RMA number. Any goods without an RMA number will be returned to the sender without inspection. Please note that we are in the process of moving premises, therefore, our returns address will be changing. If you are delayed returning your item, please contact our customer service team for more details. 

⚠️ LEGAL WARNING: Privately-owned e-scooters can not be used on public highways (roads/pavements/cycle lanes/bridleways). E-scooters should only be used on private property with the landowner’s consent. Appropriate protective equipment should be worn at all times.
